Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 30th May, 2025 and 31st May, 2025 whereby petitioner working on the post of Sub Inspector has been transferred from district Pratapgarh to G.R.P. Head Quarter, Lucknow. It has been submitted that aforesaid transfer order is in violation of notification dated 20th February, 2025 and the government order dated 3rd September, 2015 since the petitioner has not yet completed six years of service as on 30th April, 2025. For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation to the authorities concerned but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation within a period of three days from today before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Additional Inspector General of Police (Establishment/Deputy Inspector General of Police, Karmik, U.P., Lucknow . In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the said authority or any other competent authority within period of two weeks from the date of its receipt.
