Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari be issued quashing the impugned FIR related to Case Crime No.272 of 2025, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster Act and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 at Police Station Safdarganj, District Barabanki registered on dated 24.05.2025, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition.” 3. We have gone gone through the First Information Report, which indicates the commission of cognizable offence. This Court finds it inappropriate to grant any relief as prayed for. 4.
