Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to ensure fair and proper investigation of Case crime no.0151 of 2025, under section 85, 80(2), BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, 1961, Police Station Baddupur, District Barabanki and get it concluded to its logical end, contained as Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition." 3. It is the case of the petitioner that his sister was married to the opposite party no.4 Munshilal and died from dowry death and the investigation is being carried out. 4. Learned AGA has produced instructions before this Court sent by Sub Inspector of Police Station Baddupur, District Barabanki wherein it has been stated that the investigation has been completed and opposite party nos.4 and 5 namely Minshilal and Ram Prakash Yadav have been found to be guilty and charge sheet no.A-143 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025 has been submitted to the supervisory authority. 5. If the petitioner has any grievance left, the petitioner can approach the supervisory authority, and in case charge sheet has been filed, he can approach the Magistrate concerned. 6.
