Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned Counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Heard. 3. A suit bearing No.1842 of 2020; Omkar Singh and Others vs. U.P. Sahkari Awas Sangh and Others is said to be pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hawali, Lucknow. It is also said that an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. is also pending, although, we do not find any ordersheet pertaining to the said case or application having been annexed with the writ petition. Nevertheless, in view of the aforesaid we see no reason to entertain this writ petition as this stage. If the application of the petitioner under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. is still pending, let the same be considered on the next date fixed. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to any police official, he can approach the Commissioner of Police, Lucknow by way of an application, who shall look into the matter. 4.
