Heard the Government Government Pleader submits that being not satisfied reference was sought under Learned Assistant with the quantum of compensation fixed, a 3. Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and the 2"^* respondent referred the matter to the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool for determining the correct market value. Thereafter, the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool awarded a compensation of Rs.1516 per square feet, along with other statutory benefits and damages and interest as per the provisions of Land Acquisition Act. 4.
