Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGA for the State- opposite parties no.1 to 3 and Sri Vijay Prakash Srivastava, learned counsel who has filed his power on behalf of opposite party no.4, which is taken on record. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- “1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party nos.2 and 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members and not to harass threaten and interfere in peaceful like of the petitioners in any manner and also direct the opposite party no.2 to give the protection to the petitioners and their family members. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite parties no.2 and 3 not to take any action against the petitioners and their family members on the basis of false complaint of opposite party no.4.” 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions dated 26.06.2025 sent by the Jaiprakash Yadav, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Badosarai, District Barabanki, says that FIR has been lodged in the case by the father of the girl. 4. Instructions are kept on record. 5. In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition. . ( Brij Raj Singh, J.)
