Ms. Hena Haflongbar, Assistant Manager is present for the Insurer, New India Assurance Company Ltd. 2. The claimants, Monsura Khatun and Samina Begum are present. 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurance Company has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs. 4,58,000/- as compensation to the claimants. 4. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 4,58,000/- before the Registry of this Court within 4 (four) weeks from the date of this order. 5. The amount is to be equally divided between both the claimants. The Claimants may be allowed to withdraw the amount after proper verification by the Registry. 6.
