In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no. 6 stands dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for implementation of letter dated 08.04.2024 with regard to Pradhan Mantri Matri Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) and its implementation. 3. Further prayer for release of salary and other consequential benefits w.e.f. March/April, 2024 alongwith interest and for providing increment from the date of initial joining alongwith permission for petitioners to work under the Hub for Empowerment of Women/Bal Vikas Evam Pushtahar Vibhag, Lucknow in compliance of letter dated 31.05.2024 has been sought. 4. Since consideration of petitioners' grievances would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh individual representation before the opposite parties no. 1 & 2 collectively or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioners are found entitled for any such relief, actual implementation thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter. 5.
