By means of the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 BNSS, the applicants have prayed for quashing of charge sheet no.21.03.2022, cognizance/summoning order dated 20.01.2023 along with entire proceedings Criminal Case No.151 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.35 of 2022, under Section 504 I.P.C in respect of applicants no.1 and 2 and Section 323, 504, 506, 354, 452 I.P.C. in respect of applicant no.3, registered at Police Station Lambhua, District Sultanpur, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur. 3. After advancing his submissions at some length, the learned counsel for the applicants stated that he does not want to press the application and the applicants will avail remedy of filing application for their discharge before the trial court. 4.
