Petitioners allege violation of interim order dated 13.06.2025 passed in proceedings for partition of the holding under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, however, the S.D.M. concerned in whose court the proceedings are pending has sent instructions to learned Standing Counsel that no new construction has been undertaken by opposite party no.6 after the interim order dated 13.06.2025, meaning thereby, according to him, the construction, if any, is of prior to it. 3. We are of the opinion that petitioners should pursue the proceedings for partition and if there is any cause, seek such reliefs in the said proceedings itself. 4.
