The respondent/plaintiff submits that he wants to withdraw the Original Suit No.205 of 2016, Riaz Munir Ahmad vs. Smt. Anjum Riaz, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun. But due to interim order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, whereby the proceeding of the aforesaid original suit has been stayed, he is not able to withdraw the suit. Since the respondent/plaintiff is present and makes the same statement before this Court, accordingly the suit is permitted to be withdrawn and shall be deemed to have been dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
