Petitioner is Block President of Uttarakhand Primary Teachers Association, Pokhri Block in District Chamoli. According to him, he is elected as Delegate from the same Block. The grievance raised by petitioner is that last elections were not properly held and petitioner had made representations to Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies & Chits on 27.02.2025 & 12.06.2025. Since no decision was taken on the representations, therefore, petitioner has approached this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon order dated 06.08.2025 passed by coordinate Bench in WPMS No. 2297 of 2025 (Annexure no. 9 to the writ petition). He submits that similar order be passed in this matter also, as facts are identical. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Dehradun to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 27.02.2025, as per law, within six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It goes without saying that all persons likely to be affected shall also be heard before passing of the order.
