Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record. A perusal of the record shows that the applicant has a past criminal history of similar nature. There is no material on record to suggest that he has been falsely implicated or he has been implicated with the intent to tarnish his reputation.
