JUSTICE SUSMITA PHUKAN KHAUND ORDER Date : 17-09-2025 Heard learned counsel Mr. S. Gautam for the applicants. Also heard Mr. B. Phukan, learned counsel for the opposite parties. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the applicants that the judgment and decree in Title Appeal No. 23/2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) No. 1, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati, was delivered on 30.04.2024. It is submitted that the certified copies which were applied for, were received on 15.07.2024. The applicants came to Guwahati on 20.07.2024 and met the learned counsel and there was a delay in preparing the appeal memo. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the opposite parties has raised objection stating that the delay has been erroneously referred to as 19 (Nineteen) days as the delay was for 25 (Twenty Five) days and not 19 (Nineteen) days. The reasons have not been shown. The application ought to be dismissed. Page No.# 3/3 4. I have considered the submissions at the bar. 5. No malafide is discernable on the part of the applicant. 6.
