Abdul Rauf and Others, within a time framed manner, pending since year 2022, Annexure No. 1, as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
