Mr Furqan Yaqoob Sofi, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submits that the writ petition filed by the petitioners impugning eviction notice/s issued by respondent No.7-Administrative Officer, Government Medical College, Anantnag against the petitioner No.1 has been withdrawn and, as such, the present writ petition has lost its purpose.
02. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of as being rendered infructuous. In case, the petitioners would reckon that the purpose of the writ petition was very much in effect for pursing the writ petition to its merit based adjudication, then the
petitioners shall be at liberty to seek revival of the writ petition that too within a period of 90 days from the passing of this order.
03. Writ petition disposed of, along with the connected CM(s).
04. Disposal of this writ petition will not be read in any manner prejudicial to the rights of the respondents to act against the petitioners in accordance with law.
