Petitioner is aggrieved against the non- implementation of office order dated 08.05.2025, whereby she has been transferred from GSSS Aluha District Kangra to GSSS Barsar, District Hamirpur, H.P. 3. When the matter was taken up again, it was apprised that it is respondent No.3, who is to relieve the petitioner and that the aforesaid office order qua the petitioner still stands. 4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/Competent Authority to relieve the petitioner from GSS Aluha, District Kangra for her joining at GSSS Barsar, District Hamirpur, H.P. Respondent No.2 to ensure that petitioner is allowed to join at GSSS Barsar, District Hamirpur, H.P. within two days. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
