The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.635 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Kantamal, Boudh, arising out of Manamunda P.S. Case No.395 of 2024for commission of offence punishable under Sections 126(2)/296/115(2)/109/3(5) of BNS. 4. On instruction, learned counsel for the Informant submits that the intervention of local gentries, the matter has been settled between the parties. 5. Learned counsel for the State Opposes the prayer taking into account the nature of allegation. 6. Considering that the matter has been settled between the parties, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 7. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation. 8. Accordingly, both the ABLAPLs stand disposed of. 9.
