By means of the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 BNSS, the applicant has prayed for quashing of the impugned charge sheet, summoning order dated 29.11.2023 along with entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.127386 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.405 of 2022, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Thakurganj, District Lucknow, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate CBI (AP) Court no.34, Lucknow. 3. After advancing submissions at some length, the learned counsel for the applicants made a statement that he does not want to press the application and the applicants will seek their remedy before the learned trial court in accordance with law. 4.
