Subsequent to initiation of proceedings under Section 27 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning & Development Act, 1973, the petitioner claims to have submitted an application for compounding dated 18.06.2025, which is pending, hence this writ petition as in the meantime the proceedings under Section 27 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning & Development Act, 1973 are being undertaken. On being confronted as to what is the construction, compounding of which has been sought, counsel for the petitioner was unable to satisfy us in this regard, we are therefore not inclined to issue any specific direction. The petitioner may pursue the matter before the concerned authority, as we find that the allegation pertains to about 40,000 Sq. Meters of plot and there is a mention in the notice under Section 27 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning & Development Act, 1973 about development and construction work having been undertaken including plotting of land over a plot measuring about 40,000 Sq.
