JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 3 04-07-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner Patna High Court MJC No.510 of 2021(3) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.10.2019, passed in CWJC No.21158 of 2019, though the concerned Circle Officer had taken steps to remove the encroachment, however, since jamabandis were existing in favour of the encroachers, recommendation was made for cancellation of the same to the Additional Collector, Bhagalpur and thereafter, Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.133 of 2021 was initiated. Nonetheless, one of the encroachers approached this Court by filing a writ petition bearing CWJC No.5592 of 2021, hence it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner shall be taking appropriate steps for agitating his grievances in the said writ petition, thus the present petition be disposed off. 2.
