No.0516 on 05.07.2025 at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda,therefore, this revision has rendered infructuous. Sri Rakesh D. Kumar,Advocate holding brief of Ms. Deepti Gupta, learned counsel for the revisionists submits that the revision may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh challenging the F.I.R. as well as the impugned order. To which there is no objection by learned counsel for the respondent no.2 as well as learned AGA. In view of above, the revision is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
