This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest, for offences under Sections 41 & 42 of the Indian Forest Act. 3. It is alleged that this petitioner and others were running a saw mill illegally in the forest area without any valid license. 4. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that from the seizure list, it would be clear that only a wheel of the machine was seized. He further submits that there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 6. Considering the submission of the petitioner and considering the seizure list, I direct the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court. Once the petitioner appears, his bail bond will be accepted subject to furnishing of sureties to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. The petitioner should file an additional undertaking that he will appear before the Trial Court as and when required during trial and will not take unnecessary adjournments. 7.
