Nos. 1 to 5. 2. This contempt application has been preferred by the petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 22.08.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2461 of 2020 by this Court wherein on the prayer made by the writ petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment to him, the matter was relegated to the respondent no.5 in the writ application to take an informed decision within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 3. It has been submitted at the outset, by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the appointment letter has already been issued to him. 4. Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the O.P. ( 2025:JHHC:20689 ) 2 Nos. 1 to 5 has produced at the Bar, copy of the appointment letter issued in favour of the petitioner dated 04.07.2025. 5. In view of the issuance of the appointment letter, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and consequently, I am not inclined to proceed further with this contempt application which accordingly, stands disposed of. 6.
