Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 13.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from District Lucknow to Etawah. 3. Mr. Manish Kumar, learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions received however submits that subsequent to passing of impugned transfer order, petitioner had submitted a representation which has been rejected by means of order dated 01.07.2025, a copy of which has been taken on record as also provided to learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition in order to effect challenge to said order. 5. Considering aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh.
