The present application for anticipatory bail has been filed for protection in regard to Case Crime No. 3070/2010, under sections 419/420/467/468/471 I.P.C. and Section 3/7 of E.C. Act, P.S. Kotwali Sadar, district Lakhimpure Kheri. After arguing for some time, applicant's counsel submits that the present application for anticipatory bail may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a regular bail application which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer of learned counsel for the applicant. In view of the above, present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not pressed. It is provided that in case, a regular bail application is filed within twenty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the same be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
