Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the borrower has handed over a copy of the order passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal dated April 2, 2025 and also copy of the interim application filed before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Allahabad in pursuance of the order passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal to the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3. The Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal granted liberty to the borrower to file appropriate application within one week before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal to consider and decide the same within a week thereafter. The Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal also directed that for a period of two weeks or till the disposal of the appropriate application, whichever is earlier, the status quo qua the property in question shall be maintained by all the parties. 4. From the records it appears that the application was filed on April 5, 2025 and a week's time expired on April 12, 2025. Unfortunately, the Debts Recovery Tribunal is not able to decide the application till date. 5. In light of the same, keeping in mind the ends of justice, we direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal to decide the application dated April 5, 2025 within two weeks from date. 6. A computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court should be communicated by the borrower and the petitioner to the Debts Recovery Tribunal forthwith. 7.
