After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the present case may be disposed of with liberty to the applicant to move an appropriate application before court concerned for early disposal of the case. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and without entering into merit of the case, the present case is disposed of with a liberty to the applicant to move an appropriate application before the court concerned for early disposal of the case, in turn, concerned court may pass an appropriate order.
