The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 30.08.2018, whereby the Committee of the Management of the society was declared to be time barred and a fresh direction was issued for holding the election in exercise of powers under Section 25(2) of the Societies Registration Act, based upon the list of members which was finalized on 09.07.2010. 3. Considering the fact that the issue with regard to the membership list of 09.07.2010 and was subject matter of Writ- C No. 1005605 of 2010 has been decided, no interference is called for. 4.
