Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Arki P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. On 02.10.2024, the father of the informant was found murdered at Lupungdih Tola. He was stoned to death. It appears that the location of the mobile phone of the petitioner was shown to be at the place of occurrence on the date and time of occurrence. It was submitted that co-accused Mansa Munda has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.2877 of 2025 by order dated 11.04.2025 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Arki P.S.
