Also heard Ms. P. Thapa on behalf of Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the P&RD Department. 2. After considering the submissions made by the counsels for the parties, Mr. D.A. Kaiyum has submitted that so long as the respondents give 22 (twenty) days time w.e.f. 01.07.2025, to submit their bids in pursuance to the NIT dated 07.06.2025 for the Santijan Bi-Weekly Market, he would not like to press the other points raised by him in the writ petition. 3. Ms. P. Thapa, learned counsel for the P&RD Department submits that she does not have any objection to the prayer made by the petitioners’ counsel and as such, the petitioners and other bidders can submit their bids on or before 22.07.2025, in respect of the Santijan Bi-Weekly Market only. 4. In view of the consent of the parties, the petitioners are allowed to submit their bids pursuant to the NIT dated 07.06.2025 for the Santijan Bi-Weekly Market on or before 22.07.2025. Consequently, the last day for submission of bids stated in the tender notice, i.e. 25.06.2025, shall now have to be read as Page No.# 3/3 “22.07.2025”, in respect of Santijan Bi-Weekly Market only. 5.
