Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite parties not to construct road/Kharanja over the abadi land/sahan Bhumi of Petitioner bearing Gata No.508 Ka situated at Village Bihuri, Pargana, Tehsil & District-Gonda, without any authority of law/without acquiring the land by legal procedure." It is not possible for this Court to determine the sahan/abadi land of the petitioners or to adjudicate the dispute raised herein.
