Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State No.1 & 2 and Shri Shailendra Singh Rajawat, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3. 2. Under challenge is the suspension order dated 13.06.2025 as passed by the respondent No.3 whereby the petitioner has been placed under suspension. 3. Learned cousnel for the petitioner after arguing at some length states that subsequent to the suspension order, a charge-sheet has been served on the petitioner dated 24.06.2025. He prays that a direction be issued to the competent authority to finalize the disciplinary proceedings within specified time. To the aforesaid prayer learned counsels for the respondents have no objection. 4. Accordingly, as the charge-sheet has been issued to the petitioner as such he may submit his reply to the charge-sheet within a period of 2 weeks. On submission of the reply, the competent authority shall make an endevaour to conclude the same in accordance with law under relevant rules within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of reply to the charge-sheet as submitted by the petitioner. In case the proceedings are not completed within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall have liberty to approach this Court again raising a challenge to the suspension order. 5.
