The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed to quash the entire criminal proceedings of Special Sessions Case No.71 of 2020, alongwith the charge sheet No.299 of 2019 dated 20.10.2019, filed under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(r) and 3(2)(va) of S.C./S.T. Act and the additional charge sheet No.05 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 in Case Crime No.11/2019, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(2)(va) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Thana Mailani/C.B. C.I.D. (Division Lucknow), District Lakhimpur Kheri, pending before Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Lakhimpur Kheri as well as the summoning order dated 14.05.2020 passed in Special Sessions Case No.71 of 2020. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the applicant moves an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned trial court within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
