The petitioner has initiated proceedings for correction of map, which are pending. In the meantime, some proceedings for demarcation of the adjacent gata are taking place, hence this writ petition to restrain the opposite parties from undertaking the said demarcation exercise. The petitioner may intervene in the demarcation proceedings and point out the pendency of the map correction proceedings, if it is permissible in law and/or pursue the map correction proceedings for its expeditions disposal. We see no reason to proceed any further in the matter. If there is no impediment, the map correction proceedings initiated by the petitioner, if any, shall be concluded at the earliest.
