Case No. 108 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn vide B.A. No. 10355 of 2024. 4. On 01.10.2024, Cyber Police Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled behind pani tanki at village Pathra raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, a mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner 5. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that a victim has turned up to claim that he was cheated by the petitioner. 6. It was submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about ten months. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this court earlier. 7. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
