This criminal revision has been filed with a prayer to review/correct the order dated 12.06.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Pratapgarh in Criminal Misc. No. 41 of 2017; Kalawati vs. Rajaram, therefore, the prayer in the revision is defective and it is liable to be dismissed. At this stage, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revision may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh with proper prayer. To which there is no objection by learned AGA. In view of above, the revision is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
