Directions are issued that all earlier notifications issued for establishing new PDS depots/shops shall be withdrawn. Directions are also issued that henceforth before issuing such notification for the establishment of new PDS depots/shops, all necessary information shall be forwarded to the State Government through the Commissioner of Food and Civil Supplies, and without the approval of the State Government no such decision shall be taken for the establishment of new PDS depots/shops. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6145 WP No. 3152 of 2024 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate would therefore submit that the grievance of the petitioner is reddressed by the Government Order dated 14.02.2024. It is also submitted that by virtue of Government Order dated 14.02.2024, the notification at Annexure-C will be withheld. 3.
