The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the application No.DER012501547305, dated 21.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking for demarcation of his house property bearing Door No.4-56 having 24.50 rooms admeasuring 196 Sq. yards equivalent to 164.64 situated in Sy.No.147/5 of Chimakurthi Municipality, Chimakurthi Mandal, Prakasam District. 2. The petitioner tends to be the absolute owner of house bearing No.4-56 admitted in 196 Sq. yards by virtue of settlement deed. The petitioner traces the right to the property from Sri Vemuri Satyanarayana who got the property under settlement deed vide document No.403/1938, dated 19.07.1938. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that the application of the petitioner was referred to Tahsildar, Chimakurthi on 21.03.2025 and an endorsement was given by Tahsildar on 02.04.2025 that the patta sub- division would be considered after enquiry. It is further stated that the grievance of the petitioner that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not considering the application of the petitioner is misconceived. 4. Considering the signed instructions of the Commissioner, Chimakurthi Municipality, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before Tahsildar, Chimakurthi. 3 5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
