The only grievance which has been projected by the petitioners in the instant writ petition, is that, they are performing their duties as Lambardars as on date without any hindrance and the respondents have not released their honorarium from February, 2023. 02. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would feel satisfied, if the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent No. 2- Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, to treat this writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioners and accord consideration to the same in accordance with law, within some reasonable timeframe. 03. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Alla Ud Din Ganai, learned Additional Advocate General enters appearance on behalf of respondents and is not averse to the disposal of the instant writ petition at this stage or else to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. However, he submits that the representation of the petitioners would be considered strictly in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field, provided the petitioners are working as on date and also there exists no other legal impediment. 04. Heard learned counsel for the parties at length and perused the material on record. 05. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at this stage as an innocuous prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 06. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, to treat this writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioners and accord consideration to the same, by passing a speaking order within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in conformity with the rules and as per law, provided the petitioners are working as on date and also if there is no other legal impediment. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the respondent No. 2, be forwarded to the petitioners by registered post. 07.
