No.200 of 2023, arising out of Deodanr P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No.933 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 302/201/120B/109/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Godda. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2023. She further submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Suman Devi @ Kaili Devi, who has been granted regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.7544 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2023 and her name has come on the confessional statement of the co-accused, who has been granted bail in the aforesaid B.A. 5. Regard being had to the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Godda in connection with S.T.
