By means of the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 B.N.S.S. the applicant has challenged the validity of the charge sheet no.02, dated 29.12.2022, submitted in furtherance of F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.0317 of 2021, under Sections 419/420/467/468/471 I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali, District Sitapur lodged on 05.07.2021 against one Girish S/o Girivar. The applicant has also challenged the validity of the cognizance order dated 19.04.2024 and the entire proceedings of Case No.5464 of 2022, arising out of the aforesaid F.I.R. and the charge sheet pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitapur. 3. After advancing his submissions at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press the application and it may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
