Case No. 83/2020, for the offences registered under Section 306 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Vivek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 6. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Riya Sharma, who committed suicide in her paternal home. 7. It was submitted that there was a case pending against the petitioner and his family members under Section 498A of the I.P.C. There was no progress in the Trial, due to which the deceased committed suicide. 8. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad or his successor in connection with Sindri P.S.
