ORDER: rd The present Writ Petition was filed to declare the action of the 3

Respondent in seeking to evict the petitioner's flour mill from the schedule premises situate at D.No. 12-24, Thyagaraja Street, Madanapalle Town, Chittoor District, without following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary. The Petitioner claims to be the owner of the premises bearing D.No.12- 24, Thyagaraja Street, Madanapalle Town, Chittor District. The Petitioner’s husband had purchased the said property from S. Inayathulla by way of registered Sale Deed bearing No.6373 of 1994. A Gift Deed was executed by the Petitioner’s husband in favour of Petitioner vide Document No.1509 of
2. 1 2015, dated 11.03.2015. While so, on 31.08.2015, the Petitioner was called upon to vacate the schedule premises by the Respondent Authorities and in that context, the
3. present Writ Petition is filed.
4. This Court on 04.09.2015 had passed the interim Order directing the Respondents not to dispossess the Petitioner except in accordance of law.
5. Learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that there i subsisting grievance IS no as there is no threat of dispossession of Petitioner.
6. In view of the dispute, the present Writ Petition Authorities not to dispossess the same and as the possession of the Petitioner is not in IS disposed of directing the Respondent Petitioner except in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
