Revenue Code, 2006 for removal of encroachment by the petitioner on Gaon Sabha land, therefore, the impugned notice is only consequential to it. The petitioner feigns ignorance. A copy of the aforesaid order has been provided to the petitioner's counsel. The petitioner may avail the remedy prescribed in law.
