Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the impugned office order has already been quashed and set aside in CWP No. 7900 of 2025 (Baljeet Kumar Vs. State of H.P. & And.) decided on 22.05.2025.

In view of above submission, which is not disputed by learned Deputy Advocate General, respondents are
directed to consider the representations of the petitioners afresh in accordance with law keeping in view the decision rendered in Sanjay Kumar Vs. State of HP and Ors2 within a period of three weeks from today.
The writ petitions stand disposed of in the above terms, so also the ending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
