The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed with the prayer to quash chargesheet No. 73 of 2025 against the applicants under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333 of B.N.S. and 3(2)(Va), 3(1)da, 3(1)dha, SC/ST Act, dated 22.1.2025 alongwith the entire proceeding pending before the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Court, District Shravasti, against the applicants in Case Crime No. 0022 of 2025, Case No. 202 of 2025 (State of U.P. v. Kaushal and ors.) in the interest of justice. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the applicants move an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned trial court within a period of 4 weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
