Out of their wedlock they have been blessed with a male child. Due to some matrimonial dispute, the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2024, before the Family Court, Kanyakumari District @ Nagercoil. Since the petitioner is working abroad, he prays for a direction to the Family Court to expedite the trial. 5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Family Court, Kanyakumari District @ Nagercoil, to complete the case in H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible. 6.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
