Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:37865-DB Court No. - 1 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 5819 of 2025 Petitioner :- Santosh Tiwari @ Santosh Kumar Tiwari Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shiv Pal Singh,Anurag Singh Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Attau Rahman Masoodi,J. Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. The F.I.R. impugned herein is registered as case crime no. 0529 of 2018 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 409 I.P.C., police station Raniganj, district Pratapgarh. On a perusal of the contents of the FIR impugned here in this writ petition, it is gathered that the allegations levelled against the petitioner who was working as data entry operator are serious in nature. Once the contents of the FIR disclose cognizable offence against the petitioner, any interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is uncalled for. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed without prejudice to the legal remedy available to the petitioners under law. (Shree Prakash Singh,J.) (Attau Rahman Masoodi,J.)
