Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter up to some length has submitted that the impugned order in the present case has been padded by the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Devipatan Division, Gonda on 02.03.2024, under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and same is revisitable under Section 210 of the Code, 2006 before the Board of Revenue and submits that he may be permitted withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file revision before the Board of Revenue. 3. Accordingly, in the light of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file revision before the Board of Revenue.
